Seniors say Thank you

Did you have a teacher, counselor or CVUSD staff member worthy of the title "outstanding"? Was the teacher, counselor or staff member a mentor as well as an academic educator? Did this person contribute to your personal growth as well as your academic growth? If so, please click here for further information.

The Camp Verde Education Foundation is introducing "Seniors Saying Thank You". This is your opportunity to recognize a teacher, counselor or staff member from any grade level (K-12) who has had the greatest influence in your life during your time at the Camp Verde Unified School District. Please sumit letters or complete the form below recognizing the person(s) you wish to say thank you to. The letters will be on display and presented to the teachers, counselor and other staff members at the annual staff recognition and dinner celebration April 8, 2010. All Seniors and their families are invited and encouraged to attend to be able to recognize the Camp Verde Unified School District staff and give your final farewells. Please submit all completed forms to the District Office attn: Mary Hudson no later than March 15, 2010 at 410 Camp Lincoln Road, Camp Verde, AZ 86322. Thank you.
